LEADERS:

Scout leaders are all just a bunch of big kids at heart! Ah no, leaders are people who wish to dedicate as much or as little of their free time to the education of the younger generation! Leaders dedicate as little as one hour every week to providing a programme that the kids will enjoy and learn something from. It can take as little as one hour every week and I promise that it is to be enjoyed. Each of the sections has a "Section Leader" and a number of "assistants". It is up to the section leader to ensure that everything runs smoothly and the assistants help with this in any way that they can. Alongside this there is the Group Leader who's job it is to make sure that the entire Group runs properly, that each section is running a proper programme and that their are enough leaders to cover each section. Full training is provided and a great time is to be had by all.
